Peer Groups & Events
Our Mindful Approach
At Mindful Me, we believe that bringing people together through group programs and events is a beautiful way to foster connection, belonging, and meaningful learning. Each gathering is designed to be welcoming, intentional, and joyful—a space where relationships grow, curiosity is encouraged, and everyone can thrive.
Peer Pals
Peer Pals is a nurturing and playful group where children develop essential social-emotional skills through movement, mindfulness, intentional teaching, and play. Designed to feel like a comforting part of your child’s day, each session follows a consistent rhythm that helps kids feel safe, engaged, and ready to connect with their peers.
Rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, guided by behavior analysis, and supported by early childhood best practices, this program is truly evidence-based.
What makes Peer Pals unique is not just the use of these frameworks, but how they are thoughtfully integrated. Skills are taught explicitly, practiced joyfully, and reinforced through connection. Emotional growth is supported alongside behavioral learning, and children are encouraged to be curious, flexible, and compassionate with themselves and others.
Our goal is for every child to feel like they belong. Throughout each session, children explore important topics like recognizing feelings, forming friendships, flexible thinking, and working through conflict. Extra support in developing these skills can lead to greater happiness at school, increased self-confidence, and a solid foundation for building meaningful relationships throughout their life.
